The Technical Officer will be responsible for: 1. Site Monitoring and Supervision Visit construction sites regularly to check work progress, workmanship, materials, and compliance with project plans and specifications. 2. Technical Support Assist engineers, architects, and project managers in reviewing drawings, measurements, project requirements, and construction methods. 3. Quality Control Check that construction work follows approved drawings, standards, specifications, and company requirements. 4. Documentation and Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly site reports, inspection records, progress updates, and other technical documents. 5. Coordination Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, site workers, and internal teams to help resolve technical and site-related issues. 6. Material Checking Inspect delivered materials to ensure they meet required quality, quantity, and specifications. 7. Safety Compliance Support safety rules and procedures on-site and report unsafe practices or conditions to the proper person in charge. 8. Problem Reporting Identify construction issues, delays, defects, or site concerns and report them to the project engineer or project manager. 9. Drawing and Plan Review Assist in checking construction drawings, shop drawings, as-built plans, and other technical plans. 10. Project Support Help ensure the project is completed according to approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
